ITALY & EU
We offer free domestic shipping to Italy on orders over €100 (EXCEPT: Isole Minori - Venezia - Livigno - Campione d'Italia) and free European shipping on orders over €100 (EXCEPT some destinations that are subject to free INTERNATIONAL shipping terms - you see details at the checkout). Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.

 
INTERNATIONAL
We offer also free international shipping on orders over €250. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

 

CALCULATIONS
Free shipping will automatically be shown to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. It is your job check off it. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied. We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and destination based on distance from our headquarter in Rome.

 

SHIPPING DATE
We ship worldwide using BRT, DPD and TNT. Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days following order completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer. Pre-Ordered Items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. In case the order is composed of the Pre-Ordered Items and the Available Items we will ship the entire order once the Pre-Ordered Items are received in our warehouse. We suggest to make two separate orders if you want to receive early the Available Items. The full price of the Pre-Ordered Items will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed, despite the postponed shipment date.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control. Please note, couriers do not make deliveries/pick-ups on following Italian holidays: January 1, 6 - Easter and Easter Monday - April 25 - May 1 - June 2 - August 15 - November 1 - December 8, 25, 26.


SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery. Our packages are carefully sealed. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact us at selfcare@thebeddha.com. If the package is damaged or if an item is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification. Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by us within 2 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted. Photos as proof of the damage/defect is required. If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per THE BEDDHA commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

 

LOST PACKAGES
Shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order.

 
RETURNS 
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Store Credit or Refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. From then on, Clients have 14 additional days to ship items back. The Client who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify THE BEDDHA through explicit declaration, which can be sent by registered letter. In the declaration Client have to include a personal account email for further notifications. We will send a confirmation email with instructions for the return shipment. The return shipment costs will be borne by the Client including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. We cannot able to make the redemption until receipt of items. Any kind of Security Tag and Label must still be intact and attached to returned items.

 

TYPES OF RETURNS 
1. STORE CREDIT
As soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by us, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items. If Express Shipment was added and paid for during checkout by the Client, it will not be included in the Store Credit amount. If Express Shipment was included free of charge the Store Credit amount will not be affected. Please note, promotions such as the free shipping upon a minimum order value will be avoided if the order value after the return does not reach the minimum amount to get the free shipping. Import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy will be deductedStore Credit:
- can be used one time only within three months of the return;
- is not cumulative with other Store Credits;
- must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.
2. REFUND
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by us. For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10/15 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company. Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase, and therefore in Euro (€/EUR). Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. If Express Shipment was added and paid for during checkout by the Client, it will not be included in the Refund amount. If Express Shipment was included free of charge the Refund amount will not be affected. Please note, promotions such as the free shipping upon a minimum order value will be avoided if the order value after the return does not reach the minimum amount to get the free shipping. Import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy will be deducted.

 
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
1. Any kind of Security Tag and Label must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned in perfect condition, without any damage, scratches or dents. We reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return. 
2. Items must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment. Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories, components and instructions received with the order. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.
3. Exceptions from the right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on our Website are excluded in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code as regards the following:
a) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
b) The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
As an example but not limited to, the following list of items are excluded:
– Any items from the Goddess Couture section (where expressly indicated).
– Any items from the Goddess Care section (where expressly indicated).
4. We reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized. In no case it will be replaced or redeemed for merchandise that has not been made in perfect condition and sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the Website. Items that have any sign of use or wear and in the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns will be returned to Clients to the shipping address specified in the original order at their expense.

 

For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.

Nevertheless, some may result from errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the Website and the actual product. We declines any responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a Client’s computer or malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on thebeddha.com could appear to be slightly different from the original. In addition, of the products featured on our Website do not constitute part of a contract, as only representative. Images on the thebeddha.com website belong to THE BEDDHA and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of THE BEDDHA is forbidden.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The availability of the products refers to the actual availability in the moment in which the Client performs the order. This availability must still be considered indicative only because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple Users of the Website, the products could be sold to other Clients before confirming the order. Once an order request has been received, we reserve the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise. Clients will be informed if, for any reason, the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request. In this case, the order will be automatically adjusted with the elimination of the product unavailable and the Client will be notified immediately via e-mail. If the Client requires the cancellation of the order, solving the contract, we refund the amount paid within 14 days from the day we have knowledge of the customer's decision to terminate the contract. 

 

PRICES & CURRENCY
Although you are able to see prices on the store front in different currencies, we process orders, payments and invoices in Euro (€/EUR).
The shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, they are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the buying process before payment. The free shipping is due in some cases. Shipments outside the European Union, provide for payment of import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Clients accept our faculty to modify prices at any time, however, the goods will be invoiced based on the prices listed on the Website at the time the order is created. In the event of a computer error, manual, technical, or any other evidence which might lead to a fundamental change, not foreseen by us, the selling price to the public, which makes it unreasonable or clearly insignificant, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled and the amount paid by the Client will be refunded within 30 days from the day of cancellation.

 

ORDER PAYMENT
When Clients place orders online, Credit Card details are entered into a protected online banking system. Our Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed using a secure server. If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. At the moment the order is confirmed the Credit Card will be charged. We accept payments from PayPal Accounts and reserve the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified PayPal account is registered with.

  

PRE-ORDER PAYMENT
You can Pre-Order items that have an expected shipment date in the coming months. The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed. We are not responsible for changes to the delivery date, cancellations or modifications of Pre-Order items caused by supplier production changes. If a Pre-Order item can no longer be sold, the amount payed will be refunded using the original payment method. Pre-Order items will be shipped as soon as they are available. For Pre-Orders, the country entered in the delivery address cannot be changed for any reason.

 

PROMO CODES
Clients who have received a Promo Code by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional websites, can insert this code during checkout. Each code has a validity, start and end date, which limits its use and cannot be extended. Promo codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.

 

FREE SHIPPING PROMO
Promotions such as the free shipping upon a minimum order value will be avoided if the order value after the return does not reach the minimum amount to get the free shipping.

 

ORDER STATUS & PROCESSING
Once an order is placed for available items, no changes or cancellations can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. We reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond our control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping. We reserve the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank. We reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer services to anyone at any time.

 

FINAL CUSTOMERS & REQUIREMENTS
The products on sale on our Website are destined to the Final Customer. By “Final Customer” we intend person or persons who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activities that may include but not limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased by us. In regard to the commercial policy described above, we reserve the right to not process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies.
